Three people cause $1.2 million fine and censorship. It appears that three unique complaints sent to the FCC were sufficient to cause the FCC to levy a $1.2 million fine. The pendulum of social mores appears to have reached the apex of its swing to the prudish side. It is definitely time for it to reverse course. Unfortunately, I suspect we'll see even more outrageous abuses before that happens.
